D6.1 Risk Management Plan – Full Report

This report is an update of DoA preliminary risk assessment and aims at performing a continuous check of the risks than can occur during the project implementation. This allows the absorption of the proper measure to mitigate the risk before it occurs. The activities that have been performed are the following: - Follow-up of risks (identified at the beginning of the project (DoA) - Identification of new risks arising during the course of the project; - Identification and/or implementation of contingency plans for initial and/or new risks; - Identification and/or implementation of corrective measures for initial and/or new risks.
